Every day we see new moms struggle with consistency in their rehab programs. And it doesn’t get easier with time. This is what led us to develop our postpartum personal training program.

Moms want to move forward in their postpartum recovery but have no guided path. It’s easy to get lost in the content available at our fingertips. And many of us struggle to make time for ourselves.

Our goal was to break down these barriers.
