Enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air with your baby, with other moms in the community!

Our weekly sessions consist of exercises and stretches to help strengthen muscles that have weakened and stretched from pregnancy and to also bring relief to tight muscles that arise from taking care of baby.

Ultimately, helping moms regain strength and mobility in a fun and supportive environment!

How you can join us.

Our one-hour weekly sessions will take place at the Cornell Community Park on Wednesdays @ 9:30 a.m. All our sessions incorporate a mix of walking or jogging, strengthening, and stretching, followed by a guided social session after the class. Sessions are 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) in length.

Yes! All off our programs at Markham Pelvic Health are developed to ensure all the exercises in your movements are safe and progressive.

If you experience conditions such as Diastasis, Prolapse or Leakage, you can be sure that this program is safe for you.

Our workouts are specifically designed to meet all moms where they are at in the fitness journey.  Lots of adaptations will be provided to each individual based on the amount of difficulty they need or want that day!

Our trainer is great at providing adaptations to every exercise based on individual fitness levels.  Rest assured that our workouts will not only be physically challenging but will also provide new and novel exercises that you likely have never done before!

All participants should bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Oh, and don’t forget your baby and stroller!

Not to worry! There is covered area outside so we won’t get wet!

It is recommended that your child is an age where they are able to remain in the strollerfor the duration of the class.  There is a park closeby for you to play with your child once the class is over.
