Are you ready to add fitness back into your routine again?
Enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air with your baby, with other moms in the community!
Our weekly sessions consist of exercises and stretches to help strengthen muscles that have weakened and stretched from pregnancy and to also bring relief to tight muscles that arise from taking care of baby.
Ultimately, helping moms regain strength and mobility in a fun and supportive environment!

How you can join us.
Our one-hour weekly sessions will take place at the Cornell Community Park on Wednesdays @ 9:30 a.m. All our sessions incorporate a mix of walking or jogging, strengthening, and stretching, followed by a guided social session after the class. Sessions are 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) in length.
